CryptoStock Daily respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Our Copyright Policy
All original written content published on CryptoStock Daily — including articles, analyses, market summaries, and editorial content — is the intellectual property of CryptoStock Daily unless otherwise credited. 3. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice to confirm it meets the requirements above.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 48–72 business hours.
- Notify the person who posted the content that it has been removed.
- Provide the alleged infringer an opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed from CryptoStock Daily in error, you may submit a counter-notice to us. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
CryptoStock Daily will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.
6. Fair Use

7. Misrepresentation Warning
